By now, every person who have registered to the conference should have received by email the information about his/her individual shuttle arrangements to Vihula.

The shuttles are free for the conference particpants. If you did not receive it yet, please contact Vitaly at vitaly-email as soon as possible.

Estonia is a country in the Baltic region of Northern Europe. With a population of 1.3 million, it is one of the least-populous member states of the European Union, Eurozone, NATO, OECD and Schengen Area. Time zone in summer is Eastern European Summer Time (UTC+3).

Getting to Estonia/Tallinn

Tallinn Airport (TLL) has good connections with most of the European cities, with direct flights from Frankfurt, London, Paris, Vienna, Warsaw, Amsterdam, Brussels, Moscow, Kyiv, Istanbul, Oslo, Copenhagen, Stockholm, and others. It also has highly frequent connections with Helsinki and with Riga from where most other major European hubs can be reached. Helsinki also has connections with far-east Asia (e.g. Hong-Kong, Tokyo, Shanghai, Beijing) and North America (New York and Toronto).

Getting to Vihula

There will be several organized shuttle buses provided from Tallinn (airport, city center, sea harbor) on August 27 to Vihula manor, and back from Vihula to Tallinn on Thursday August 31st. If you plan to arrive or leave on a different day, please inform us. We might organize additional shuttle buses if there is a demand.

Taxi offer

We negotiated with a taxi company Saksa Takso a fixed rate of 75 EUR for one way trip between Tallinn and Vihula on August 27th and 28th. In order to take advantage of this offer, please call 5181001 and ask to travel to Vihula Manor conference. The travel between Tallinn and Vihula Manor takes between 60 and 100 minutes.
